Topics will include utilizing support services across a variety of life needs (school, medical, in home services, respite care, etc.), the practical implications of asking for help and utilizing programs and services, how it feels to ask for or need help, the benefits to our loved ones by accepting help, and the implications of not utilizing the help that may be available to us.
